Our mission is to maintain and preserve the common areas and shared property of our community in a responsible, cost-effective, and consistent manner. We strive to protect the appearance, character, and long-term value of our neighborhood while managing community resources wisely.
As a deed-restricted community, we are committed to upholding the standards established by our governing documents in a fair and consistent manner. Our responsibility is to care for the common areas and community property for the benefit of all residents, while individual homeowners remain responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their own properties.
Through responsible stewardship, communication, and cooperation with our residents, we seek to maintain a safe, attractive, and welcoming community for everyone.

Everything we do is guided by these nine principles — to keep Becks Woods a safe, attractive, and well-managed community for every resident.

Maintain Common Areas
Keep community-owned and shared areas clean, safe, attractive, and properly maintained.

Protect Community Property
Preserve and maintain landscaping, streetscape features, drainage areas, signage, and other property the maintenance corporation is responsible for.

Manage Funds Responsibly
Use assessments and community funds wisely, prioritizing necessary maintenance, repairs, and long-term needs while avoiding unnecessary expenses.

Preserve Community Appearance
Work to maintain the overall appearance and character of the neighborhood in accordance with our governing documents.

Apply Deed Restrictions Consistently
Administer the community’s deed restrictions fairly and consistently, without favoring one homeowner over another.

Clarify Responsibilities
Clearly communicate the difference between maintenance of common areas (corporation’s responsibility) and maintenance of individual lots and homes (homeowner’s responsibility).

Plan for the Future
Anticipate major repairs and maintenance needs and plan financially so the community can address them responsibly.

Communicate With Residents
Keep residents informed about important maintenance projects, community responsibilities, and decisions affecting common property.

Encourage Community Cooperation
Promote a respectful, cooperative relationship between residents and the maintenance corporation while recognizing that the corporation must operate within its defined responsibilities and governing documents.
